CLASS SIZE - NONPUBLIC SCHOOL. When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the number of pupils loaded to a class shall not exceed twelve (12) pupils for grades K – 5, and fourteen (14) pupils for grades 6 – 13. CONTRACTOR shall provide written notice to each LEA with students enrolled in a class that exceeds twelve (12) pupils. If CONTRACTOR provides special education for individuals with exceptional needs between the ages of three (3) and five (5) years, inclusive, CONTRCTOR shall comply with the appropriate instructional adult to child ratios pursuant to California Education Code § 56440 et seq.

CLASS SIZE - NONPUBLIC SCHOOL. ‌ When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the number of pupils loaded to a class shall not exceed twelve (12) pupils unless otherwise permitted as provided in this section. One time per year class size may be increased to up to 13 enrolled students for a period of 5 school days, or less, provided CONTRACTOR notifies SELPA and all LEAs within 24 hours of the commencement and termination dates of the temporary increase in enrollment. With the prior written approval of each LEA with any students enrolled in a class, enrollment may be increased up to fourteen (14) enrolled students for a period of 30 school days, or less. If CONTRACTOR provides special education for individuals with exceptional needs between the ages of three (3) and five (5) years, inclusive, CONTRCTOR shall comply with the appropriate instructional adult to child ratios pursuant to California Education Code § 56440 et seq.

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.
