Common use of Claims Against the School District Clause in Contracts

Claims Against the School District. The parties agree that the eligibility of any person for insurance benefits shall be governed by the terms of the insurance policies purchased by the School Board pursuant to this section. It is further understood that the School Board’s obligation is to purchase the insurance policies and pay such amounts as agreed to herein and no claims shall be made against the School Board as a result of a denial of insurance benefits under said policies by an insurance carrier.
