Civil Service Commission Appeals. Employees who take a grievance to arbitration under this Agreement shall be deemed to have waived any appeal rights which they may have under the Columbia County Civil Service Ordinance and the related rules of the Civil Service Commission. Employees who pursue an appeal to hearing before the Civil Service Commission shall be deemed to have waived their right to arbitrate their grievance under this Agreement.
Civil Service Commission Appeals. Employees shall have no right to appeal discipline to the Civil Service Commission.
