Common use of City’s Project Manager or Duly Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

City’s Project Manager or Duly Authorized Representative. City will provide a Project Manager or duly authorized representative during the construction period. The duties and responsibilities and the limitations of authority of City’s Project Manager or duly appointed representative during construction are set forth in the Contract Documents. City’s Project Manager for this Contract is as set forth in the Supplementary Conditions. City will establish a duly authorized representative at the Preconstruction Meeting in accordance with Section 01 31 19.
