CHRISTMAS AND/OR EASTER BREAK. An employee who qualifies for the provisions of this sub-clause may return to his/her home or any other place mutually agreed between the company and him/her at Christmas, provided the cost to the company including FBT liability, where applicable, does not exceed the cost of an economy airfare available to the company from the airport closest to site that operates regularly scheduled commercial passenger flights nearest to the employee’s point of hire and return . The employee may do so:

  • Winter Break The Resident may apply to occupy a Room during the Winter Break period as detailed in Table 2. Winter Break applications will be made available to Residents by the Manager. Applications are due on or before December 1 at 5:00 p.m. If the Resident’s application is approved, they may be required to pay a small fee (detailed in Table 2) for Winter Break occupancy before the beginning of the Winter Break. During the Winter Break there is limited supervision of the Residence, all services are reduced or suspended, and annual maintenance and renovations may occur. To ensure the safety and security of the Resident and the Residence facilities it is the intention of the Manager to limit the number of Residents staying during the Winter Break to a small number of individuals that demonstrate a significant need for Residence accommodations. If the Resident is found occupying a Room during the Winter Break without having given written notice to the Manager, the Resident shall be subject to $30.00 for each day during the Winter Break period due immediately.   • Other Breaches The breach by such Borrower (other than a breach which constitutes a Default with respect to such Borrower under another Section of this Article VII) of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within 15 days (or, in the case of Section 6.9, five Business Days) after the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the President, the Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer of such Borrower obtains actual knowledge of such breach.

  • Christmas Day Easter Tuesday shall be observed as a Public Holiday in lieu of Easter Saturday and any work performed on Easter Saturday shall be paid at ordinary Saturday penalty rates. Should Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Australia Day or ANZAC day fall on a weekend, the following Monday, or other day as agreed shall be taken in lieu.

  • Coffee Breaks All employees will receive a coffee break not exceeding fifteen minutes in duration twice each shift. The time when coffee breaks will be taken will be at the discretion of the employee’s immediate supervisor.

  • Other Breach Under Agreement Borrower fails to meet the conditions of, or fails to perform any obligation under, any term of this Agreement not specifically referred to above.

  • Christmas Closedown 15.1 It is agreed that whenever annual leave is taken in conjunction with the Christmas/New Year period (as per Calendar in sub-clause 2.11), it is to be taken in accordance with the following procedure.
