Choice of Forum and Law. Jurisdiction over disputes with regard to this Agreement shall be exclusively in the courts of the State of Wisconsin. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Choice of Forum and Law. A. Choice of Forum Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Partners, the arbitration and all meetings and hearings relative thereto shall be held in Evansville, Indiana.
Choice of Forum and Law. Employer has its world headquarters located in Lorain County, Ohio. The parties therefore agree that to the extent permitted by law, any action to enforce or seek a declaration of rights under this Agreement shall be filed in state court in Lorain County, Ohio or federal court in the Northern District of Ohio. Additionally, because the parties have significant contacts in Ohio, to the extent permitted by law, the laws of the State of Ohio shall govern the enforcement and interpretation of this Agreement.

The Court will retain exclusive jurisdiction over the implementation, enforcement, and performance of this Agreement, and will, to the fullest extent of the law, have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit, action, proceeding, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Settlement or the applicability of the Agreement that the Parties cannot resolve through negotiation and agreement. The Agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the substantive laws of the state of California without regard to its choice of law or conflict of laws principles.

Executive and Xxxxxxx agree that, except for any Dispute that is properly submitted to arbitration in accordance with Section 13, any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Executive’s employment with Xxxxxxx, shall be commenced and maintained exclusively before any state or federal court having appropriate subject matter jurisdiction located in or encompassing Xxxxxx County, Indiana; further, with respect to any such legal action, Xxxxxxx and Executive hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts located in or encompassing Xxxxxx County, Indiana, and waive any right to challenge or otherwise object to personal jurisdiction or venue (including, without limitation, any objection based on inconvenient forum grounds) in any action commenced or maintained in such courts located in or encompassing Xxxxxx County, Indiana. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana excluding any conflicts or choice of law rule or principle that might otherwise refer construction or interpretation of this Agreement to the substantive law of another jurisdiction.
Choice of Forum and Law. 32.1. This Agreement and the documents to be entered into pursuant to it (save as expressly provided otherwise therein) and any contractual and non-contractual obligations arising therefrom shall be governed and construed exclusively by Dutch Law.

Executive acknowledges that Xxxxxxx is primarily based in Indiana, and Executive understands and acknowledges Xxxxxxx’x desire and need to defend any litigation against it in Indiana. Accordingly, Executive agrees that any claim of any type brought by Executive against Xxxxxxx or any of its employees or agents must be brought and maintained in the appropriate court located in Xxxxxx County, Indiana, or if jurisdiction will so permit, in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Executive hereby consents to the jurisdiction over Executive of any such courts and waive all objections based on venue or inconvenient forum. Further, for the same reasons that Executive agrees to Indiana as choice of forum, Executive agrees that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana excluding any conflicts or choice of law rule or principle that might otherwise refer construction or interpretation of this Agreement to the substantive law of another jurisdiction.
Choice of Forum and Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the (Name of State). The (Name of State) shall be the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding relating to the performance or breach of this Agreement.
Choice of Forum and Law. It is the intention of the parties that the laws of the State of Texas should govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms, and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties hereto without regard to any contrary conflicts of laws principles. The agreed upon venue and personal jurisdiction for the parties on any claims or disputes under this Agreement is Dallas County, Texas.
Choice of Forum and Law. All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction). Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or will be instituted in the courts of the province of Ontario, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to the venue of any action or proceeding in such courts and irrevocably waive and agree not to plead or claim in any such court that any such action or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
