Common use of Child Care Allowance Clause in Contracts

Child Care Allowance. The employer agrees to pay a child care allowance of $40.00 per week per child. For those employees who incur child care costs beyond normal expenditures as a result of being away from home on a conference or training, such unusual child care cost shall be reimbursed one hundred percent (100%) for the additional costs. Receipts must accompany these claims.
