Chief Security Officer. (a) A person or persons responsible for the overall compliance with these minimum-security requirements shall be designated as the Chief Information Security Officer (“CISO”). The CISO shall be suitably trained and experienced in managing information security and provided with appropriate resources to effectively ensure compliance.
