CHANGING THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Contract and apply those changes to the protection You purchased under this Contract. You will receive notice before any change goes into effect. Your continued payment of the Program Fee will constitute Your acceptance of the change in terms. CONCURRENT PROTECTED EVENTS. For each protected Borrower, the amount cancelled will be applied to the dollar and term limitations for each protected event. We will never cancel more than the Daily Payment for any one day. If You qualify for Disability (original protected event) and sustain an additional Sickness or Accidental Injury, which would be in and of itself disabling, the additional Sickness or Accidental Injury will not be considered a new Disability protected event, but rather will be considered the same protected event. This means that You will receive benefits only if You did not exhaust Your maximum protected event benefits in connection with the original protected event.

If You do not accept Our changes, You may notify Us in writing that You wish to cancel Your coverage under this Contract. No refund will be provided. CONCURRENT PROTECTED EVENTS.   • Terms of this Agreement The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement and all of the respective terms of this Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information of both Parties.

  • CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT We may change this Agreement, including (for example) changing the addresses and telephone numbers you should use to contact us, changing fees, adding new fees, changing the Daily Periodic Rates and corresponding APRs or increasing your required minimum payment. We may change this Agreement based on economic or market conditions, our business strategies or for any other reason (including reasons unrelated to you or your Account). Any changes we make to this Agreement may apply to new transactions and/or then-existing balances as described in any notice we are required to provide to you. We will notify you of changes to this Agreement as required by applicable law. We will mail any required written notice to the address we have on file for your Account.

  • Terms and Conditions of this Agreement 1. The PROVIDER retains ownership of the MATERIAL, including any MATERIAL contained or incorporated in MODIFICATIONS.

  • Modification of this Agreement This Agreement may not be modified, nor may compliance with any of its terms be waived, except as noted in Section 11.1, “Notices to Parties,” regarding change in personnel or place, and except by written instrument executed and approved in the same manner as this Agreement. Contractor shall cooperate with Department to submit to the Director of CMD any amendment, modification, supplement or change order that would result in a cumulative increase of the original amount of this Agreement by more than 20% (CMD Contract Modification Form).

  • Amendment of this Agreement No provision of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought, and no amendment of this Agreement shall be effective until approved in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and rules and regulations thereunder and any applicable SEC exemptive order therefrom.

  • Variation of this Agreement 9.01 The “Bank” may, from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion and determination vary, change, alter, modify, and/ or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which variation, change, alteration, modification and/or amendment shall immediately become binding on the “Cardholder”. Such variation, alteration, modification, and/or amendment shall be notified to the “Cardholder” by the “Bank” either in writing or by publication thereof or by such means as the “Bank” may determine and a variation, alteration, modification, and/or amendment so notified shall be binding on the “Cardholder”.

  • Variations to this Agreement A23.1 This Agreement may be varied at any time by agreement between both of us and also on the occurrence of any of the following Variation Events:

  • Changes to this Contract Only an authorized Officer of the Company may make or modify any provisions of this Contract. Any such changes or modifications must be provided in a Notice in order to be effective.

  • Duration of this Agreement The Term of this Agreement shall be as specified in Schedule A hereto.

  • Modifications to this Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties on the subjects covered. Employee expressly warrants that he or she is not accepting this Agreement in reliance on any promises, representations, or inducements other than those contained herein. Modifications to this Agreement or the Plan can be made only in an express written contract executed by a duly authorized officer of the Company.
