Changes to the Contract Price and Time. A. Delays to the Work: If CM@Risk is delayed in the performance of the Work that will cause a change in the date of Substantial Completion due to acts, omissions, conditions, events, or circumstances beyond its control and due to no fault of its own or those for whom CM@Risk is responsible, the Contract Times and/or Contract Price for performance shall be reasonably revised by Change Order.

  • Contract Price 5.01 Owner shall pay Contractor for completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents the amounts that follow, subject to adjustment under the Contract:

  • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the parties. Any change to the Packaging process shall be deemed a Specification change. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by PCI, whether requested by Client, requested by PCI or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change (including any change to Pricing). PCI shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, PCI shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. PCI reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications, or in the case of changes requested or required by any Regulatory Authority postpone Packaging under this Agreement, until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Purchase Price and Terms The Buyer agrees to purchase the Property by payment of $ ( Dollars) as follows: (check one) ☐ - All Cash Offer. No loan or financing of any kind is required in order to purchase the Property.   • ADJUSTMENT OF CONTRACT PRICE The Contract Price shall be subject to adjustment, as hereinafter set forth, in the event of the following contingencies (it being understood by both parties that any reduction of the Contract Price is by way of liquidated damages and not by way of penalty):

  • Purchase Price and Terms of Payment A. The purchase price (“Purchase Price”) for the Property shall be Seven Million and 00/100 Dollars ($7,000,000.00) and shall be paid on the Closing Date by Federal funds wire transfer, in United States dollars.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Price and Terms of Payment 6.1 The Customer shall pay the Price in accordance with the Terms of Payment.

  • Closing Date and Location The Transaction will be completed at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific time) on the Closing Date, at the offices of the Purchaser’s Solicitors, or at such other location and time as is mutually agreed to by the Purchaser and the Target. Notwithstanding the location of the Closing, each party agrees that the Closing may be completed by the exchange of undertakings between the respective legal counsel for the Purchaser and the Target, provided such undertakings are satisfactory to each party’s respective legal counsel.
