Changes to Products and Processes Clause Samples
The "Changes to Products and Processes" clause defines the procedures and rights related to modifying the products or the methods used to produce or deliver them during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how one party may propose changes, the process for reviewing and approving such changes, and any obligations to notify or obtain consent from the other party. For example, it may require written approval before implementing significant alterations to manufacturing techniques or product specifications. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties maintain control and oversight over important modifications, thereby preventing misunderstandings and managing the risks associated with unapproved changes.
