Changes in Number Needed for Particular Time Frame. “This provision is not applicable to a casual employee (except a casual employee while in a Temporary Position)”. Where operational requirements dictate a change in the number of employees required for a particular time frame in a Geographic Region, preference will be given to the most senior employees in that Geographic Region interested in the new time frame. If there is not sufficient interest in the new time frames, the position/s will be assigned to the most junior employee(s) in the Geographic Region.
