Changes in Instructions to Obligors. The Borrower shall not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding the deposit of Collections with respect to the Transferred Receivables, except to the extent the Administrative Agent and the Requisite Lenders direct the Borrower to change such instructions to Obligors or the Administrative Agent and the Requisite Lenders consent in writing to such change.
Changes in Instructions to Obligors. The Seller shall not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding the deposit of Collections with respect to the Transferred Receivables without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
Changes in Instructions to Obligors. The Borrower shall not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding the deposit of Collections with respect to the Transferred Receivables, except (i) to the extent the Administrative Agent directs the Borrower to change such instructions to Obligors or the Administrative Agent consents in writing to such change or (ii) the Borrower has provided the Administrative Agent at least ten (10) days prior to the proposed effective date thereof (x) written notice of such change and (y) in the case of a change related to a new Lockbox or Account, an executed Account Agreement related to such new Lockbox or Account.
Changes in Instructions to Obligors. Except as provided in Section 6.01(a)(iii), the Seller shall not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding the deposit of Collections with respect to the Transferred Receivables.

Changes in Instructions to Obligors. The Borrower shall not make any change (other than non-substantive changes in format) in its instructions to Obligors regarding the deposit of Collections with respect to the Receivables, except (following the occurrence of an Account Control Event) to the extent the Administrative Agent directs the Borrower to change such instructions to Obligors or prior to the occurrence of an Account Control Event, the Administrative Agent consents in writing to such change.
