If such recapture notice is given, it shall serve to terminate this Lease with respect to the proposed Subject Space, or, if the proposed Subject Space covers all the Premises, it shall serve to terminate the entire Term of this Lease, in either case, as of the Proposed Effective Date.
If Tenant seeks to sublet or assign all or any portion of the Premises, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed commencement of the sublease or assignment (the "Proposed Effective Date") the following: (i) the name of the proposed assignee or sublessee; (ii) such information as to such assignee's or sublessee's financial responsibility and standing as Landlord may reasonably require; and (iii) the aforementioned plans and specifications, if any.
If such recapture notice is given, it shall serve to terminate this Lease with respect to the proposed sublease or assignment space, or, if the proposed sublease or assignment space covers all the Premises, it shall serve to terminate the entire term of this Lease in either case, as of the Proposed Effective Date.
