CERA definition

CERA means capital expenditure which a local authority expects to charge to its revenue account within the meaning of section 22 of the 2003 Act;
CERA means the Canadian Energy Regulator Act (Canada), S.C. 2019, c.28;
CERA shall have the meaning provided in the third recital to this Agreement.
