Common use of CDL License Clause in Contracts

CDL License. Any employee who has previously completed CDL training during the life of this Contract, per the requirements identified above, and has successfully obtained his/her CDL shall be reimbursed the cost of the training by the employer. New employees will have six (6) months to obtain a CDL-A license as a condition to employment.

CDL License. Any employee who has previously completed CDL training 14 during the life of this Contract, per the requirements identified above, and has successfully 15 obtained his/her CDL shall be reimbursed the cost of the training by the employer. New 16 employees will have six (6) months to obtain a CDL-A license as a condition to 17 employment.
