Casualty and Other Insurance. The Mortgagor agrees to insure or cause to be insured the Mortgaged Property against loss or damage by fire and other hazards of the nature and in accordance with the requirements set forth in Article VII of the Lease Agreement. The Mortgagor will not do or suffer to be done anything which will increase the risk of fire or other hazard to the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof without first causing such increased risk to be fully and adequately covered by insurance.
