Casual/Temporary Benefits. Casual and temporary employees shall receive thirteen percent (13) of their straight hourly time in lieu of benefits. In the event the employee chooses to participate in the pension plan (25.07), this in lieu of payment will be reduced by an amount equal to the Employer’s contribution to the pension plan.
