Carrying Passengers. Step Action A Patrol may need to carry a passenger, such as taking a customer to buy a spare part/fuel or occupants of a broken down vehicle which may need transport that cannot be provided in other ways (i.e. individuals unable to get into a tow truck such as babies or young children in child restraints, handicapped or frail people). They must refuse to carry: • persons who refuse to wear seat belts, unless exempt • children between seven (7) and sixteen (16) years old who are not in a properly fastened and adjusted booster seat if too small to be restrained by a seatbelt • babies in baby capsules as Patrol Officers are not trained to install baby capsules. MRU SPs can only carry passengers who are employees that hold a Tow Truck Drivers Certificate. When carrying passengers, please ensure the GVM limit is not exceeded.

Carrying Passengers. ATVs not allowed passengers unless equipped with a manufactured secondary seat designed for that purpose – then 1 passenger only allowed. • Golf carts allowed 1 passenger only seated beside the driver. 1 or 2 extra passengers are permitted behind the driver if there is a manufactured secondary seat designed for such purpose. • Passengers are never allowed on front or back carrier racks or boxes. • Passengers must be seated at all times and not hanging over the edge of the seat.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.

  • Cargo THE CARRIER shall not be liable for damages provided it proves that the destruction, loss or damage resulted from one of the following:

The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.
