Care of Sexual Assault Victim. A nurse who is trained and/or certified in the care of a sexual assault patient shall receive $150 stipend per shift when they perform such an exam. Nurses that receive national certification pay for SANE pursuant to 9.11 shall not be eligible for this stipend.
