Cancellations and Modifications. All requests to cancel or modify the purchase orders the Buyer may deem necessary of finished, semi- finished or grey fabrics shall be assessed by the Seller on the basis of production progress. Should bespoke purchase orders be cancelled, the Buyer shall pay all direct production expenses incurred. Furthermore, the Buyer shall collect the fabric already manufactured.

Cancellations and Modifications. Unless wafer processing has started, or Seller has incurred engineering or tooling charges, Buyer may cancel or modify a purchase order without penalty by delivering to Seller a written notice of cancellation or modification within three (3) days of Seller’s receipt of the original purchase order involved; provided however that no such cancellation will relieve Buyer of any obligations under any other applicable provisions or agreements including without limitation any obligation to comply with loading commitments, Buyer Forecasts (to the extent accepted) and/or purchase orders. Until wafer processing has started, Buyer may request changes to the product mix within any particular Technology, and Seller shall exert its best efforts to meet such requests. Buyer may at any time request that the scheduled wafer out date for any wafer(s) be accelerated or delayed, and such requests shall be considered on a case by case basis, with the understanding that Seller shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but shall not be obligated to do so.
Cancellations and Modifications. Requests for cancellation or modifications of Orders by the Purchaser will be evaluated by the Seller according to the state of progress of the work. If the Seller accepts the cancellation of one or more Orders, the Purchaser will bear the costs sustained by the Seller for procurement of the raw materials and, if the Fabrics have already been produced or are undergoing production, also the relative production cost.

In the event the premises should become unlivable through the duration of service due to loss of heat, electricity, water or hot water, drainage blockages, flooding, infestation or other issues not at the fault of the service provider; costs incurred by the service provider for alternate accommodations or travel will be paid by the client.
Cancellations and Modifications. The Textile Finisher shall consider in his sole discretion and according to the finishing work in progress, any requests of cancellations and modifications submitted by the Client without prejudice to the right held by the Textile Finisher to claim compensation for the expenses already incurred in.
