Product Mix definition

Product Mix means, for any period, an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which shall equal the aggregate dollar amount of the Net Purchase Price paid to NTI and its Affiliates during such period for Existing Products and Emerging Products and the denominator of which shall equal the aggregate dollar amount of the Net Purchase Price during such period for Existing Products, Emerging Products and Competitive Products.
Product Mix means the relative percentages of each Product Category, measured in pounds, identified in Column three of Exhibit A, hereto, to the sum of the Products in all Product Categories, measured in pounds, identified in Exhibit A. "Specifications" shall mean all those matters set forth in the "Product Specification Book" identified as Exhibit C, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Product Mix means the following mix of Contracted Products, regardless of whether each Contracted Product is a Legacy Product or an Advanced Product:
