Retention or Repurchase of Assets Essential to Receiver (a) The Receiver may refuse to sell to the Assuming Institution, or the Assuming Institution agrees, at the request of the Receiver set forth in a written notice to the Assuming Institution, to assign, transfer, convey, and deliver to the Receiver all of the Assuming Institution's right, title and interest in and to, any Asset or asset essential to the Receiver as determined by the Receiver in its discretion (together with all Credit Documents evidencing or pertaining thereto), which may include any Asset or asset that the Receiver determines to be:
Notice of Cancellation or Change There shall be no cancellation, change, potential exhaustion of aggregate limits or non-renewal of insurance coverage(s) without thirty (30) days written prior written notice to the State.
INTERRUPTION OR REDUCTION OF DELIVERIES The Electric Utility shall not be obligated to accept and may require Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries when necessary in order to construct, install, repair, replace, remove, investigate, or inspect any of its equipment or part of its system; or if it reasonably determines that curtailment, interruption, or reduction is necessary because of emergencies, forced outages, force majeure, or compliance with prudent electrical practices. Whenever possible, the Utility shall give the Customer reasonable notice of the possibility that interruption or reduction of deliveries may be required. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if at any time the Utility reasonably determines that either the facility may endanger the Electric Utility's personnel or other persons or property, or the continued operation of the Customer's facility may endanger the integrity or safety of the Utility's electric system, the Electric Utility shall have the right to disconnect and lock out the Customer's facility from the Electric Utility's electric system. The Customer's facility shall remain disconnected until such time as the Electric Utility is reasonably satisfied that the conditions referenced in this Section have been corrected.
Cancellation OSS Charge 2.13.4.1 <<customer_name>> will incur an OSS charge for an accepted LSR that is later canceled by <<customer_name>>. Note: Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another OSS charge.
CANCELLATION OF TBS ACCESS CODE The Account Holder may cancel his TBS Access Code by giving notice to the Bank in writing or in any other manner as may be determined by the Bank, and such notice shall only be effective upon actual receipt thereof by the relevant officer-in-charge at the Bank.
Notice of Cancellation or Non-Renewal Policies shall be written so as to include the requirements for notice of cancellation or non-renewal in accordance with the New York State Insurance Law. Within five (5) business days of receipt of any notice of cancellation or non-renewal of insurance, the Contractor shall provide OGS with a copy of any such notice received from an insurer together with proof of replacement coverage that complies with the insurance requirements of this Contract.
Termination or Cancellation In addition to the procedures set forth in Section 15.6, above, this Agreement is also subject to the following termination provisions:
Service Termination, Cancellation, or Suspension If you wish to cancel the Service, you may contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. Any payment(s) that have begun processing before the requested cancellation date will be processed by us. You agree that we may terminate or suspend your use of the Service at any time and for any reason or no reason. Neither termination, cancellation nor suspension shall affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OR CANCELLATION There shall be no cancellation, material change, exhaustion of aggregate limits, or intent not to renew insurance coverage, either in whole or in part, without at least sixty (60) days prior written Legal Notice by Contractor to Enterprise Services. Failure to provide such notice, as required, shall constitute default by Contractor. Any such written notice shall include the Master Contract number stated on the cover of this Master Contract.
