Call-out Prior to Commencement of Regular Shift. Where an employee is called out less than four hours prior to the start of his regular shift and where the call-out work is completed prior to or extends into his regular shift, the employee shall be entitled to one hour off with pay at straight time to prepare for his regular shift. If the employee requests a meal under this provision the Company will provide a meal.
