Calculation of Pooled Fund Sample Clauses

Calculation of Pooled Fund budget for 2015/16 The CCGs contribution to the Pooled Fund for 2013/14 has been revised to take account of NHS England’s responsibility to fund Tier 4 inpatient provision from 1 April 2013 and has been reduced accordingly. The Pooled Fund budget also includes additional CCGs contributions to support emotional well-being and mental health. The respective contributions from each partner agency for 2015/16 have been set out below: Nene CCG £5,049,565 Corby CGG £586,110 Cambridge and Peterborough CCG (for Oundle General Practice) £18,320 The Council £1,137,470 Total £6,791,465 Income from charging is not included within the Pooled Fund. Therefore budgets will be transferred from the Council to the CCGs gross of any income. At the end of each Financial Year, the final baseline for that year will be confirmed by the Partners taking account of any agreed in year changes in Partner contributions to the Pooled Fund. Contributions to the Pooled Fund in the following Year will be based on the proportion of each Partner’s contribution to the Pooled Fund in the previous year as determined by the end of year joint confirmation of the baseline. The HSCE may make recommendations to Partners to vary the formula for determining the respective Partner contributions in the light of national policy, legislation or other significant changes, which may impact upon the Partners’ statutory funding responsibilities.

ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates are currently displayed on Bloomberg L.P.’s page “BBAM.” That page, or any other page that may replace page BBAM on that service or any other service that ICE nominates as the information vendor to display the ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates for deposits in U.S. dollars, is a “Designated Page.” ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates currently are rounded to five decimal places. If ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate does not appear on the Designated Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on a LIBOR Adjustment Date, or if the Designated Page is not then available, One-Month LIBOR for that date will be the most recently published Interest Settlement Rate. If ICE no longer sets an Interest Settlement Rate, Freddie Mac will designate an alternative index that has performed, or that Freddie Mac (or its agent) expects to perform, in a manner substantially similar to ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate.
