Cabotage for purposes of this schedule only, cabotage is defined as the transportation of passengers or goods between a port located in New Zealand and another port located in New Zealand and traffic originating and terminating in the same port located in New Zealand.

Cabotage. Cabotage is prohibited, unless a special permit of the competent authority of the host country has been granted.
Cabotage. Notwithstanding that this Agreement covers only international trade, the parties herein state that, during the period governed by this Agreement:
Cabotage. Carriers cannot perform cabotage transport in the territory of the Host country, unless it is agreed otherwise.
Cabotage. Each contracting State shall have the right to refuse per­ mission to the aircraft of other contracting States to take on in its territory passengers, mail and cargo carried for remu­ neration or hire and destined for another point within its territory. Cabotage. A transport operator established in the territory of a Contracting Party shall not undertake transport operations between two points in the territory of the other Contracting Party, unless a special permit for that purpose is granted by the competent authority of this Contracting Party.
Cabotage. I f any Foreign Carrier obtains the right to transport local passenger or cargo traffic between airports within the United States or its territories, the Company shall not allow its code to be used on flights carrying such traffic and shall not carry that Foreign Carrier’s code on flights between airports within the United States or its territories.
