Fire Or Lightning Sample Clauses
The 'Fire Or Lightning' clause defines the scope of insurance coverage for losses or damages caused specifically by fire or lightning events. In practice, this clause ensures that if property is damaged or destroyed due to a fire outbreak or a lightning strike, the insurer will be responsible for compensating the policyholder according to the terms of the policy. This clause is fundamental in property insurance policies, as it clearly delineates covered perils, thereby providing certainty and protection against two of the most common and potentially devastating risks to property.
