Business to be considered. 5.1 The agenda for all meetings will include • confirmation of the Chair for the meeting of the JSCB; • declarations of interest; • confirmation of the Chair of each Committee for the purpose of voting at the meeting; • approval of minutes of the previous meeting (if available and circulated prior to the meeting). The minutes are to be submitted only for the purpose of determining accuracy, and shall not otherwise be debated; • the business to be transacted at the meeting.
