Business; Compliance. Each Credit Party has performed and abided by all obligations required to be performed under each license, permit, order, authorization, grant, contract, agreement, or regulation to which such Credit Party is a party or by which such Credit Party or any of the assets of such Credit Party are bound to the extent a failure to perform and abide by such obligations could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; provided that, to the extent Mineral Interests owned by any such Credit Party are operated by operators other than such Credit Party or an Affiliate of such Credit Party, Borrower has no knowledge that any such obligation remains unperformed in any material respect and the appropriate Person has enforced the contractual obligations of such operators in accordance with reasonable commercial practices in the industry in order to ensure performance.
Business; Compliance. 6.11.1. The Borrower has performed and abided by all obligations required to be performed by it to the extent required under each license, permit, order, authorization, grant, contract, agreement, or regulation to which it is a party or by which it or any of its Property is bound.
Business; Compliance. 4.6.1 The provider must comply with applicable laws regarding conducting business in the State of Missouri and certify by signing this agreement that it is presently, and will remain, in compliance with such laws.

The Borrower and each Consolidated Subsidiary have, in all material respects, performed and abided by all obligations required to be performed by them under any license, permit, order, authorization, grant, contract, agreement, or regulation to which they are a party or by which they or any of their assets are bound and which, if Borrower or such Consolidated Subsidiary were to fail to perform or abide by, such failure would have a Material Adverse Effect.

The Borrower has performed and abided by all obligations required to be performed by it to the extent it could be materially and adversely affected under any license, permit, order, authorization, grant, contract, agreement, or regulation to which it is a party or by which it or any of its Property is bound.
Business; Compliance. 11.1 The Supplier must comply with the laws regarding conducting business in the State of Missouri. The Supplier certifies by signing the signature page of this original document and any amendment page(s) that the Supplier and any proposed subcontractors either are presently in compliance with such laws or shall comply with such laws prior to any resulting agreement. The Supplier shall provide documentation of compliance upon request by the State Agency. The compliance to conduct business in the state shall include, but not necessarily be limited to:
