Common use of Business; Compliance Clause in Contracts

Business; Compliance. 11.1 The Supplier must be in compliance with the laws regarding conducting business in the State of Missouri. The Supplier certifies by signing the signature page of this original document and any amendment page(s) that the Supplier and any proposed subcontractors either are presently in compliance with such laws or shall be in compliance with such laws prior to any resulting agreement. The Supplier shall provide documentation of compliance upon request by the State Agency. The compliance to conduct business in the state shall include, but not necessarily be limited to:
