Subscriber’s Compliance Sample Clauses
The Subscriber’s Compliance clause requires the subscriber to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations related to their use of the service or product. In practice, this means the subscriber must ensure their activities do not violate any legal requirements or the terms set forth in the agreement, such as data protection rules or usage restrictions.
