BROKER DUTIES. Broker shall perform the following duties pursuant to this Agreement:
BROKER DUTIES a) Broker shall provide all usual and customary services of an insurance broker and agrees to follow and be governed by the conditions of this Agreement and by CCHP’s marketing and underwriting policies and guidelines, rules or codes of conduct, and other policies and guidelines as communicated to Broker from time to time (the “Policies”). CCHP may update the Policies from time to time in its sole discretion, and Broker must comply with the updated Policies within 30 days after receiving notice of such update.
BROKER DUTIES. Mortgage Broker will, at Mortgage Broker's sole cost and expense, prepare, process and submit Loan Application Packages to Iron Oak for funding consideration, and facilitate the closing of Loan Application Packages approved for funding by Iron Oak. Mortgage Broker's services and facilities shall include, but are not limited to those services and facilities required by the Iron Oak Requirements, as amended from time to time by Iron Oak, in its sole discretion. The specified loan origination services and facilities performed by Mortgage Broker pursuant to this Section 7.1 shall be referred to in this Agreement as the “Loan Services.” Mortgage Broker’s Loan Services shall specifically include, but not be limited to the following:
BROKER DUTIES. While a listing is accessible 24/7 to all GSREIN’s participants/subscribers, Broker continues to maintain the listing by arranging for showings of the property according to the procedures he/she has explained to the Owner. Whether or not a property is listed in the MLS, Broker will remain responsible for providing the minimum services required by law to the Owner.
BROKER DUTIES. Broker’s sole obligation hereunder is to market the Property for lease and/or sale and to solicit potential purchasers and/or tenants for the Property. Broker has made no guarantees that the Property will achieve either the Lease Rate or the List Sales Price. At all times, hereunder, Owner shall remain liable for the Property and Broker shall not be deemed to have accepted custody of the Property, nor shall Broker be responsible for the management, maintenance or repair of the Property. Furthermore, Owner understands and acknowledges that Broker may from time to time represent or assist other sellers and or landlords who may be interested in selling or leasing other property to potential purchasers and/or tenants of the Property. Owner consents to Broker’s representation of such other sellers and/or landlords before, during, and after the expiration of this Agreement and expressly waives any claims, including but not limited to, breach of fiduciary duty or breach of contract, based solely upon Broker’s representation or assistance of other sellers and/or landlords.
BROKER DUTIES. The BROKERAGE FIRM’s exclusive obligation is to list the LISTED PROPERTY in the Multiple Listing Service and make the listing data available to syndicate to 3rd party internet real estate website portals, that have a data sharing agreement with the MLS that LISTED PROPERTY will be entered. Listing data will also be available to syndicate to other Real Estate Brokerage firms Internet Data exchange (IDX) feeds that have agreements with the Multiple Listing Service. The BROKERAGE FIRM will only be providing this limited listing service to the SELLER.

BROKER DUTIES. Broker shall perform, and Seller hereby authorizes Broker to perform, the following duties. In performing these duties, Broker shall exercise ordinary care, comply with all applicable laws and regulations and treat all parties honestly.
