Breaks for Lactation/Expression of Milk. The District shall provide a reasonable break time for an employee to express breast milk for two years after the child’s birth each time the employee has need to express the milk and provide a private location, other than a bathroom, which may be used by the employee to express breast milk. If there is not a space for the employee to express milk, the District shall work with the employee to identify a convenient location and work schedule to accommodate the employee’s needs. See RCW 43.10.
