Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a Tranche of Class A Notes to be issued pursuant to this Terms Document, the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “DiscoverSeries Class A( - ) Notes.”
Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a tranche of Card Series Class A Notes to be issued pursuant to the Indenture, the Asset Pool 1 Supplement and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “Card Series Class A(2018-2) Notes.”
Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a Tranche of Class C Notes to be issued pursuant to this Terms Document, the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “DiscoverSeries Class C( - ) Notes.”
Creation and Designation. (a) An Exchange Note that is to be designated and known as the “2017-3 Exchange Note” is hereby created.
(b) The terms of the 2017-3 Exchange Note are as follows:
(i) the “Exchange Note Issuance Date” will be September 20, 2017;
(ii) the “Exchange Note Initial Principal Balance” will be $1,053,000,000;
(iii) the “Cutoff Date” will be the close of business on July 31, 2017;
(iv) the “Exchange Note Interest Rate” will be equal to 2.84%;
(v) the “Exchange Note Final Scheduled Payment Date” will be the Payment Date occurring on January 20, 2022;
(vi) the 2017-3 Exchange Note will be issued as a single class; and
(vii) the 2017-3 Exchange Note will not be rated.
Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a Tranche of Class B Notes to be issued pursuant to this Terms Document, the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “DiscoverSeries Class B(2020-4) Notes.”
Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a tranche of MBNAseries Class A Notes to be issued pursuant to the Indenture and the MBNAseries Indenture Supplement to be known as the "MBNAseries Class A(2003-9) Notes."
Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a Tranche of ONEseries Class B Notes to be issued pursuant to the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “ONEseries Class B(2003-1) Notes.”
Creation and Designation. This Indenture Supplement creates a Series of Notes to be issued by the Issuer on the Closing Date under the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement to be known as the “Series 2014-4 Asset Backed Notes” or the “Series 2014-4 Notes.”
Creation and Designation. There is hereby created an Exchange Note to be issued pursuant to the Basic Collateral Agency Agreement and this 2021-A Exchange Note Supplement to be known as the “2021-A Exchange Note”. The terms of the 2021-A Exchange Note are as follows:
(a) the 2021-A Exchange Note Issuance Date is the 2021-A Closing Date;
(b) the Exchange Note Initial Principal Balance of the 2021-A Exchange Note is $1,415,404,747.17;
Creation and Designation. This Indenture Supplement creates a Series of Notes to be issued by the Issuer on the Closing Date pursuant to the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement to be known as the “Series 2012-4 Asset Backed Notes” or the “Series 2012-4 Notes.”
