Bonuses and Other Incentive Compensation. Company shall pay Employee such cash bonuses, stock bonuses and/or incentives as may be determined from time-to-time by the Board of Directors.

Bonuses and Other Incentive Compensation. As long as this Agreement is in effect, Cash America will maintain an Executive Compensation Program, and Executive will be eligible to participate therein, all in accordance with Cash America’s regular practices with respect to its senior executive officers. In addition, Executive will be eligible to receive any other cash bonuses under the CAI Senior Executive Bonus Plan and other incentive or other compensation plans or arrangements, as may be determined by the Compensation Committee from time to time for other senior executive officers and/or specifically for Executive.
Bonuses and Other Incentive Compensation. Effective April 1, 2017, Xxxxxxx will not be entitled to participate in short-term annual incentive programs applicable to Interface’s other employees and will not be eligible to receive any other cash bonuses under any other incentive or other compensation plans or arrangements of Interface. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xxxxxxx will be entitled to receive a prorated portion (i.e., 25%) of the 2017 annual incentive plan award that he would have received if he had remained employed as Chief Executive Officer and eligible for annual incentive plan for all of 2017; provided, the amount of such award payment will be subject to the achievement of Interface 2017 performance objectives.
Bonuses and Other Incentive Compensation. During the Term, Feehan will not be entitled to participate in short-term annual incentive programs applicable to Cash America’s other employees and will not be eligible to receive any other cash bonuses under the CAI Senior Executive Bonus Plan or any other incentive or other compensation plans or arrangements of Cash America. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Feehan shall be eligible to receive a prorata short-term incentive payment based on Feehan’s status as Chief Executive Officer from January 1, 2015 through October 31, 2015, pursuant to the terms and conditions of Cash America’s 2015 short-term incentive program and payable at the same time as payments, if any, are made to other coworkers eligible to receive payments under such short-term incentive program, subject to the discretion of the Compensation Committee.

  • Executive Perquisites, Benefits and Other Compensation Employee shall be entitled to receive additional benefits and compensation from the Company in such form and to such extent as specified below:

  • Expenses and Other Benefits 6.1 The Company shall promptly reimburse to the Executive all reasonable travel and other out of pocket expenses properly incurred by him in the performance of his duties under the Employment. The Executive will submit claims for expenses reimbursement to the Company regularly with appropriate supporting documentation.

  • COMPENSATION AND OTHER FEES As compensation for the services provided by Xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, the Company agrees to pay to Xxxxxx:

  • Base Salary and Incentive Compensation The Company shall pay to Executive (i) his Base Salary (as in effect as of the date of his termination) and (ii) Incentive Compensation (in an aggregate amount equal to the applicable portion of the cash Incentive Compensation received by the Executive for the most recent fiscal year prior to his termination) as follows: Years of Base Payout Service Salary Incentive Compensation Period Less than one 3 months 25% of the Short Term Incentive Plan award for the most recent full fiscal year prior to termination 3 months One but less than two 6 months 50% of the Short Term Incentive Plan award for the most recent full fiscal year prior to termination 6 months Two but less than three 9 months 75% of the Short Term Incentive Plan award for the most recent full fiscal year prior to termination 9 months Three or More 12 months 100% of the Short Term Incentive Plan award for the most recent full fiscal year prior to termination 12 months To the extent permitted under Code Section 409A, the sum of applicable Base Salary and Incentive Compensation shall be divided into equal monthly payments and paid to the Executive over the applicable Payout Period shown in the table above, depending on the Executive’s years of service at the time of Termination.

  • Cash and Incentive Compensation For clarification, it is understood by all parties that other than as specified herein, the Company is not obligated to award any future grants of stock options or other form of equity compensation to Executive during Executive's employment with the Company.

  • Vacation and Other Benefits Each Contract Year, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation in accordance with Employer’s applicable policies and procedures for executive-level employees. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in and receive the fringe benefits generally made available to other executive-level employees of Employer in accordance with and to the extent that Executive is eligible under the general provisions of Employer’s fringe benefit plans or programs; provided, however, that Executive understands that these benefits may be increased, changed, eliminated or added from time to time during the Term as determined in Employer’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Recovery of Bonus and Incentive Compensation Any bonus and incentive compensation paid to you during a CPP Covered Period is subject to recovery or “clawback” by the Company if the payments were based on materially inaccurate financial statements or any other materially inaccurate performance metric criteria.
