Executive Bonus Plan definition

Executive Bonus Plan means the bonus plan to be developed by the Compensation Committee which shall incorporate the targets attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Executive Bonus Plan means: all bonus plans or arrangements maintained by the Employer or any of its subsidiaries (other than the Employer's 2012 Stock Incentive Plan) in which the Executive is eligible to participate for the year in which the Executive incurs a Termination of employment.

Executive Bonus Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(c).

• Rights and benefits of the Employee (a) with respect to the Options or the Bonus Options shall be determined in accordance with Section 3.3(b) or the Executive Bonus Plan, as applicable and (b) under the benefit plans and programs of the Company shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of such plans and programs.

• The Severance Bonus shall be paid to the Executive in a single lump sum cash payment on the date that bonuses are paid under the Executive Bonus Plan, but in no event later than March 15th of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the Executive’s employment terminates.

More Definitions of Executive Bonus Plan

Executive Bonus Plan means the Company’s bonus plan, as the same may be amended from time to time.
