Executive Bonus Plan definition

Executive Bonus Plan means the bonus plan to be developed by the Compensation Committee which shall incorporate the targets attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Executive Bonus Plan means: all bonus plans or arrangements maintained by the Employer or any of its subsidiaries (other than the Employer's 2012 Stock Incentive Plan) in which the Executive is eligible to participate for the year in which the Executive incurs a Termination of employment.
Executive Bonus Plan means the Company’s bonus plan, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Rights and benefits of the Employee (a) with respect to the Options or the Bonus Options shall be determined in accordance with Section 3.3(b) or the Executive Bonus Plan, as applicable and (b) under the benefit plans and programs of the Company shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of such plans and programs.

More Definitions of Executive Bonus Plan

Executive Bonus Plan means the plans designated by the Committee as participating hereunder.
Executive Bonus Plan means the Borrower’s incentive compensation plan pursuant to which up to 20% of the Borrower’s pre-tax operating cash earnings for any fiscal quarter (calculated prior to giving effect to any payments for such fiscal quarter under such plan and otherwise on the basis of internal management reporting consistent with past practices, with such modifications thereto as shall be approved by the board of directors of the Borrower as necessary, in the reasonable judgment thereof, to maintain comparable financial performance metrics) are allocated to certain executives and other employees of the Borrower, including the Bentley Brothers.
Executive Bonus Plan means the Coach Annual Performance-Based Incentive Plan to be established by Coach pursuant to Sections 1.2 and 5.1.
Executive Bonus Plan has the meaning set forth in the definition of Restricted Payment.

(i) The Executive shall have “Good Reason” to resign his employment upon the occurrence of any of the following: (A) failure of the Company to continue the Executive in the position of Senior Vice President, Operations and Engineering; (B) failure of the Principal Stockholders to satisfy their requirements under the last sentence of Section 3(b) of the Agreement; (C) the Company’s material breach of this Agreement; (D) the relocation of the Executive’s principal office, without his consent, to a location that is in excess of 100 miles from Honolulu, Hawaii; or (E) failure of the Company to make any payment or provide any benefit in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) The Executive may not resign his employment for Good Reason unless: (A) the Executive provided the Company with at least 30 days prior written notice of his intent to resign for Good Reason; and (B) the Company has not remedied the alleged violation(s) within the 30-day period.
