Award Payment definition

Award Payment means a cash payment to an Entitled Employee calculated pursuant to Section 4 (Award Payments).

Award Payment means the actual dollar or local currency amount paid to a Participant under any Award pursuant to the Plan.

Award Payment means the amount paid to a Participant for a given Performance Year in respect of an Award.
