Bond Registrar to Retain Information; No Responsibility. { TC "Section 7.03. Bond Registrar to Retain Information; No Responsibility" \f C \l "2" }. So long as any of the Series 2014_ Bonds shall be outstanding, the Bond Registrar shall retain all certificates, all financial statements for the most recent three years and all other written information furnished to it by or on behalf of the Board or any other Person under this Modal Agreement and shall make such documentation available for review after reasonable notice during regular business hours at the principal corporate trust office of the Bond Registrar to the Board and the Holders of any Series 2014_ Bonds and, so long as the Series 2014_ Bonds are held by DTC or other Securities Depository or its nominee, any Beneficial Owner of Series 2014_ Bonds presenting evidence of such ownership reasonably satisfactory to the Bond Registrar. The Bond Registrar shall permit such reviewers to take copies of all or any part of such documentation, subject to their payment of such reasonable copying and handling charges as the Bond Registrar may impose. Unless otherwise expressly provided, the Bond Registrar shall not have any responsibility with respect to any such reports, notices, certificates, financial statements and other written information furnished to it hereunder, except to make them available for inspection, at reasonable times, as provided above.

Graduate assistants employed in Class code 9185 are appointed as non-exempt hourly employees and will need to complete a time sheet. Time clocks shall not be used to record work hours.

  • Responsibilities of Counsel Class Counsel and Defense Counsel are jointly responsible for expeditiously finalizing and filing the Motion for Preliminary Approval no later than 30 days after the full execution of this Agreement; obtaining a prompt hearing date for the Motion for Preliminary Approval; and for appearing in Court to advocate in favor of the Motion for Preliminary Approval.   • Acknowledgement of Services and Responsibility of the Manager The Resident acknowledges that neither the Manager nor the Institution stands in loco parentis with respect to the Resident. The Residence provides living accommodations for independent students who are to be responsible and accountable for their personal needs and their interactions with their fellow residents as opposed to residential care. The Manager is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the residence. The Manager, in consultation with the Institution, may from time to time, in its sole and unfettered discretion, establish and/or amend policies, protocols and guidelines to uphold and ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the Manager, all of which will constitute part of the Residence Community Living Standards or Institution Code of Conduct, as appropriate. The Resident hereby acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their compliance with / review of such policies, protocols and guidelines (as may be created, amended, revised or restated by the Manager) found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.

  • Faculty Responsibilities The principles of academic freedom shall be accompanied by corresponding principles of Faculty responsibility. While workload and additional Faculty responsibilities may be provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the following are among the basic responsibilities of the Faculty:

  • CAISO Responsibility The Parties acknowledge that the CAISO is responsible for the efficient use and reliable operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid consistent with achievement of planning and Operating Reserve criteria no less stringent than those established by the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation and further acknowledges that the CAISO may not be able to satisfy fully these responsibilities if the Participating Generator fails to fully comply with all of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EACH PARTY Role of the Commonwealth

  • Form of Agreement and Reporting If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal to the TIPS Member. TIPS does not require a review a TIPS Member’s Job Order contract TYPE AIA or other similar Contract provided by the TIPS Member. This clause does not relieve the Vendor from the responsibility to report the contract execution and the amount of the contract and any change orders.
