Common use of Board of Review Clause in Contracts

Board of Review. A Board of Review will be established to determine the assignment of days from the pool. The Board shall only have control over the assignment of extended disability leave benefits from the pool. The Board of Review shall consist of: • The TSSU President or designee; • Additional designee by the TSSU; • The Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee; and • The School Board Chairperson or his/her designee.
