Board of Education Review. At the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Education (herein "Board") which is at least ten (10) days after the Board’s receipt of the Superintendent’s Submission, the Board shall meet with the Superintendent and the District’s attorney in executive session for the purpose of discussing the Superintendent’s decision. The Board shall then issue a written decision as a result of such meeting, which shall be set forth in the Consent Agenda of the Board at the Board’s next regularly schedule meeting and upon approval, a copy of the Board’s written decision shall be delivered to the Grievant and the Grievant’s representative, if any.
