BLOOD DONORS LEAVE. An Employer will release full-time Employees upon request on a maximum of two occasions per year to donate blood in paid time at a nominated time where a mobile collection unit or donor collection centre is located within five kilometres of the aged care facility. Employees will give at least seven days’ notice to the Employer and such release will take into account the staffing and workload needs of the facility.
