BLOOD DONORS FOR OPEN HEART OPERATIONS. It is hereby agreed that any Employer, who is a party to this Agreement, will reimburse his employees working under the terms of this Agreement for LOST TIME incurred as BLOOD DONORS FOR OPEN HEART OPERATIONS in any Hospital in the jurisdiction covered by this Agreement for the first hour (1 hour), the Employer and the Union will share equally any additional Lost Time, at their current rate of pay, if called to be present for that purpose because of their membership in the Harrisburg Central Labor Council BLOOD BANK, or for a member of LOCAL UNION 143, IBEW or his immediate family.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:
