Such bills may be prepared in summary format, but shall contain a detailed listing of each User Contract so contracted.

  • Record Keeping and Other Information The Adviser shall create and maintain all necessary records in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, records required by Section 31(a) of the Act and the rules thereunder, as the same may be amended from time to time, pertaining to the various functions performed by it and not otherwise created and maintained by another party pursuant to contract with the Trust. Where applicable, such records shall be maintained by the Adviser for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the Act.

  • Recordkeeping and Other Information FTIS shall create, maintain and preserve all necessary records in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Such records are the property of the Investment Company, and FTIS will promptly surrender them to the Investment Company upon request or upon termination of this Agreement. In the event of such a request or termination, FTIS shall be entitled to make and retain copies of all records surrendered, and to be reimbursed by the Investment Company for reasonable expenses actually incurred in making such copies.
