Other Information has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(b).
Financial Information means information regarding finances, including, but not limited to, assets, income, liabilities, net worth, bank balances, financial history or activities, or creditworthiness.
Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.
Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Electronic information means any information stored in an electronic form (including but not limited to binary-encoded information).
Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).
Borrower Information has the meaning given that term in Section 2.5.(c).
Accounting Information means (a) the annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Group and (b) the quarterly unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Group, each as provided or (as the context may require) to be provided to the Bank in accordance with clause 5.1.4;
Required Financial Information means, with respect to each fiscal period or quarter of the Borrower, (a) the financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or (b) for such fiscal period or quarter of the Parent REIT, and (b) the Compliance Certificate required by Section 6.02(a) to be delivered with the financial statements described in clause (a) above.
Electronic Reports means any reports prepared by the Custodian and remitted to the Fund or its authorized representative via the internet or electronic mail.
National Security Information means any information or material, regardless of its physical form or characteristics, that is owned by, produced for or by, or is under the control of the United States Government, that has been determined pursuant to Executive Order 12356 or prior Subcontracts to require protection against unauthorized disclosure, and which is so designated.
Projections means Borrower’s forecasted (a) balance sheets, (b) profit and loss statements, and (c) cash flow statements, all prepared on a basis consistent with Borrower’s historical financial statements, together with appropriate supporting details and a statement of underlying assumptions.
Requests for Information means a request for information relating to this Framework Agreement or the provision of the Services or an apparent request under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations;
Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS All communications from you should be addressed to us at One Commerce Square, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth below. Each of us may change the address to which notices shall be sent by notice to the other in accordance with the terms hereof.
Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.
Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.
Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP (as applicable), including any corrective and preventative actions;
Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:
Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;
Supporting information means the experience and judgment of the filer and the experience or data of other insurers or advisory organizations relied upon by the filer, the interpretation of any other data relied upon by the filer, descriptions of methods used in making the rates, and any other information required by the commissioner to be filed.90 Acts, ch 1234, §46
Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.
