Bed Reservation System. To minimize neighborhood impact, all clients seeking to access the Costa Mesa Bridge Shelter and services will do so through the designated Intake and Bed Reservation Hotline (“hotline”) or the unsheltered population will be referred while on the street and seeking shelter. A client interested in shelter will need to be vetted by City of Costa Mesa Outreach or City of Costa Mesa Public Safety personnel, City of Newport staff or City Net. Clients will be screened for diversion and/or homeless prevention services, utilizing the Coordinated Entry System Diversion and Homeless Prevention Questionnaire. If they have an alternate, habitable location where they may stay, they will be diverted from occupying a shelter bed until their resources have been exhausted. Clients meeting eligibility requirements will be assigned a bed reservation number and given instructions on transportation options and designated arrival time by the Shelter Operator intake staff. The Shelter Operator is required to manage and update daily, a designated system for capturing bed inventory, reservations and vacancies. Shelter Operator staff is also charged with recording excused versus unexcused absences and recording client exits after 3 consecutive unexcused absences in 30 days. By 9am each morning, a new excel spreadsheet should be prepared by Shelter Operator staff noting current beds available, current list of excused versus unexcused absences, and an exit tracking log. These tracking logs will be reviewed by City staff at a minimum of once per week to ensure that there is an internal checks and balances to manage occupancy and referral coordination.

The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Distribution System The Transmission Provider's facilities and equipment used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries directly from nearby generators or from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks which transport bulk power over longer distances. The voltage levels at which Distribution Systems operate differ among areas. Distribution Upgrades – The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Provider's Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer's wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities.

  • Transmission System Operation The NTO shall be responsible for ensuring that all actions related to the operation, maintenance and modification of its facilities that are designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification are performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, all Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria, all operating instructions, ISO Tariffs, and ISO Procedures.

  • Management Information System The M&E Plan will describe the information system that will be used to collect data, store, process and deliver information to relevant stakeholders in such a way that the Program information collected and verified pursuant to the M&E Plan is at all times accessible and useful to those who wish to use it. The system development will take into consideration the requirement and data needs of the components of the Program, and will be aligned with existing MCC systems, other service providers, and ministries.

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Transmission System The facilities controlled or operated by the Transmission Provider within the PJM Region that are used to provide transmission service under Part II and Part III of the Tariff.

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Project acronym Use the project acronym as indicated in the submitted proposal. It cannot be changed, unless agreed during the negotiations. The same acronym should appear on each page of the grant agreement preparation documents to prevent errors during its handling.
