Designated System Sample Clauses
The Designated System clause defines the specific system, platform, or technology that will be used for a particular purpose under the agreement. This clause typically identifies the software, hardware, or network environment that parties must use for activities such as data exchange, communications, or service delivery. For example, it may require that all official communications occur through a specified project management tool or that data be stored on a particular cloud service. By clearly identifying the required system, this clause ensures consistency, compatibility, and security, reducing the risk of disputes or technical issues arising from the use of unauthorized or incompatible systems.
