Operator Staff definition

Operator Staff means those employees of the Operator, which are dedicated solely for the purposes of providing the Services, reside in India and work at the Site. Only those employees who are included within the then current Staffing Plan are considered to be Operator Staff.

  • The acceptance and/or use of any such tools and equipments by O&M Operator Staff shall be construed to mean that the O&M Operator accepts all responsibility for and agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims for damages resulting from use, misuse or failure of such tools and equipments.

Related to Operator Staff

  • Vendor Staff means any of Vendor’s employees, agents, subcontractors or representatives who: (a) provide the Services; or, (b) have access to Citizens Confidential Information.

  • Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;

  • Direct care staff means a facility employee whose primary responsibility is to provide personal care services to residents. These personal care services may include:

  • Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
