Bayonet Fuse Assembly. FortisAlberta: FortisBC: All transformers shall be equipped with a two-fuse system, consisting of replaceable bayonet fuses, RTE type or equivalent, with flapper sidewall mount fuse assembly (Xxxxxx Cat #4000361C99FV or equivalent) as per. Table 11 of CSA Purchasing Specification DTWG-03, and under oil partial range back up current limiting fuses (CLF), RTE type ELSP or equivalent. The voltage rating of the CLF shall be greater than or equal to the phase-to-neutral voltage of the transformer in the highest tap position, and for transformers with rated primary voltage of 24940GrdY/14400 volts, the voltage rating of the CLF shall be 23 kV. The manufacturer will ensure that the CLF supplied coordinates with the bayonet fuse at the transformer designed impedance. The connection of the fuses shall be as per Figure 7 of CSA DTWG-03.
