Basis of Pay. The amount of early retirement pay shall be up to one hundred (100) days of the teacher's final salary as of September 1 of the last full year of full-time teaching. Salary shall be defined as contract salary amount and shall not include any additional compensation for extra-curricular activities, extended employment or other extra compensation. A maximum of one hundred (100) days may be accumulated from unused sick leave.
