• Scope and Definitions 1. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures as defined in the WTO TBT Agreement in so far as they affect trade between the Parties.

• Bargaining Unit Defined The bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board except those excluded by mutual agreement of the Parties or by the Labour Relations Code.

• COMMON TERMS AND DEFINITIONS 11 A. The parties agree to the following terms and definitions, and to those terms and definitions 12 which, for convenience, are set forth elsewhere in the Agreement.

• Preamble and Definitions 1.1 The preamble to this agreement constitutes an integral part hereof.

• Terms and Definitions The terms listed below shall have the respective meaning given them as set forth adjacent to each term.

• Factors and Definitions A. Teacher Evaluation - The teacher received a highly effective or effective evaluation rating for the prior year.

• Purpose and Definitions 1. The purpose of this Chapter is to promote the objectives of this Agreement by simplifying customs procedures in relation to bilateral trade between the Parties.

• Name and Definitions Section 1. Name. The name of the Trust is "VANGUARD BOND INDEX FUNDS" and the Trustees shall conduct the business of the Trust under that name or any other name as they may from time to time determine. If the Trustees determine to change the name of the Trust, they may adopt such other name for the Trust as they deem proper. Any name change shall become effective upon approval by the Trustees of such change and the filing of a certificate of amendment under the Delaware Act. Any such action shall have the status of an amendment to this Declaration of Trust.

• Recitals and Definitions Each of the parties hereto acknowledges and agrees that the recitals set forth above in this Agreement are true and accurate, are contractual in nature, and are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
